Customer information
Policies and terms
Please read these draft service terms before placing an order. They are written for Hon One Enterprise’s online parts catalogue and should be reviewed for your business and applicable Zambian law.
Last updated 25 October 2026. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. For an order-specific question, contact the parts desk before installation or use.
Terms of use
Use this site lawfully and provide accurate details when requesting a quote or placing an order. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access another customer’s account, or submit misleading or malicious content.
Product descriptions, images, availability and vehicle fitment information are provided as a practical guide and may be updated. Check the part number and vehicle details with the parts desk before purchase or installation. The catalogue is not an official Toyota fitment database.
Site content is provided for general shopping information. No website can guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability; contact the shop if you need an order or stock confirmation.
Terms and conditions of sale
Submitting an order is a request to purchase. The shop will confirm availability, price, delivery or collection details, and acceptance. A displayed product or cart is not a guarantee that stock is reserved.
Payment is due on collection or delivery, as selected at checkout. Any delivery fee and arrangement will be confirmed with the order. Do not send payment to an account or number that has not been confirmed directly by Hon One Enterprise.
Customers are responsible for providing correct contact and delivery information. Contact the parts desk promptly if an order needs to be changed or cancelled; a request may not be possible once it has been prepared or dispatched.
Vehicle fitment guidance is not a substitute for checking the original part number, VIN, engine and chassis information. Where unsure, ask the parts desk to confirm before installation.
Refund and returns policy
If an item is incorrect, faulty, or otherwise does not meet the order, contact the parts desk before installing, modifying or continuing to use it. Include the order reference, part number, a description of the issue and supporting photographs where possible.
The shop may inspect the item and confirm the appropriate remedy. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, this may include repair, replacement, cancellation or refund. Where a refund is due, the shop will agree a practical method with the customer.
Returns for a change of mind or an incorrectly selected part should be discussed with the parts desk before returning the item. The item should be unused and complete, with its packaging and proof of purchase, unless applicable law provides otherwise. This policy does not remove any non-excludable rights.
Dead-on-arrival (DOA) policy
If a part appears defective on arrival or during initial inspection, stop installation or use and contact the parts desk as soon as reasonably possible. Keep the item, packaging and proof of purchase, and provide the order number, part number, a description of the fault and photos or other evidence if available.
The shop may arrange an inspection to determine whether the item was defective on arrival. If confirmed, the available remedy will be handled under applicable law and the circumstances of the order. Damage caused by incorrect fitment, modification, misuse or normal wear may affect the assessment where permitted by law.
This policy does not set or reduce any statutory reporting period or consumer remedy.
Cybersecurity and account safety
Hon One Enterprise uses technical and operational safeguards intended to protect the website, accounts and order information. Social sign-in is handled by the configured identity provider, and account access should only be used by the account holder.
No website or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. This is a security statement, not an absolute cybersecurity guarantee. Use a unique password with your identity provider, keep devices updated, and contact the shop promptly if you suspect unauthorized account or order activity.
Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment card details or other secrets through the contact form or ordinary email. Report a suspected website security issue through the Contact page without including customer data or exploit details.
